Originally designed in 1988 and produced by the Italian brand Cappellini, the Thinking Man's Chair marked Jasper Morrison's first commercial commission. The design aimed to create a chair composed entirely of structural elements, remaining consistent from prototype to production.
As part of the 25th anniversary of London based design retailer twentytwentyone, Jasper Morrison and Giulio Cappellini produced a exclusive edition of the chair in a zinc-galvanized finish. Limited to just 25 consecutively numbered pieces, each features a stainless steel plaque, making it a collector's item.
